The mission of the Town of Gervais elected officials and staff, in cooperation with and on behalf of the residents, is to provide for the health, safety and welfare of the residents, property owners, and visitors, to fulfill the requirements placed on it by the state and federal governments, to facilitate the achievement of community goals by providing municipal services in a cost effective, customer friendly manner and to achieve this through an open, consensus driven process that treats all with respect.
The new town hall is marked by several unique elements both inside and out, including a one-stop customer information desk, the town seal and town history timeline incorporated in the polished lobby floor, a magnificent rotunda and board chambers, and Centennial Plaza - just to name a few.
All of the Town's departments are housed in the new 44,000 square-foot facility, except police and public works. Customer parking is available in the South Street parking lot and on Taylor Street, behind town hall.
