Archived Content Requirements
Content may be treated as archived when all of the following are true:
- The content was created before the ADA Web Rule compliance date
- The content is preserved only for historical or record‑keeping purposes
- The content is no longer updated or modified
- The content is not needed to access current programs, services, or activities
